Randy served 6 years in the Marine Corps as a Reconnaissance Marine with service in Iraq and various other overseas assignments. He led Marines as a team leader in operations during Desert Storm and instructed Marines in Weapons, Squad Infantry Tactics, Close-Quarters Battle, and Land Navigation. He is a retired Law Enforcement Officer with 25 years’ experience including Custody, Patrol, Gangs, and SWAT. Randy is a PADI Certified Master Scuba Diver Trainer, A NAUI Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor, A First Aid and CPR Instructor, and an HSA (Handicapped Scuba Association) Certified Instructor.
